A part of Appalachian Regional Medical Associates
Let our family take care of your family – infant to adult.
Family medicine providers, or primary care providers, are your partners in person-focused (not disease-oriented) healthcare. They deal with a wide range of medical issues, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, disease prevention, obstetrics and gynecology, health maintenance, counseling, patient education. They are also trained to coordinate care among different specialists and subspecialists. AppFamily Medicine providers can also make home visits and treat their patients while in the hospital.
Pediatrics: AppFamily accepts new pediatric patients, infant to adolescence, in addition to adults. We want to be your whole family’s medical home.
Establish a relationship with a family medicine provider by scheduling an annual routine check-up, which is covered by most health insurance plans. If you have Medicare, AppFamily Medicine provides Annual Wellness Visits. Call us for more information.
Patients may contact the Practice Manager at (828) 386-2222 with questions, concerns, complaints or compliments regarding AppFamily Medicine.
