You deserve the best!

Beautifully situated high atop a 68-acre tract of land, the Foley Center at Chestnut Ridge is designed for patients healthy enough to be discharged from the hospital (post-acute), but not quite ready to safely return home.

Residents and patients will benefit from on-site physicians, short and long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, memory support, assisted living and palliative care. In addition, the Chestnut Ridge campus is home to the Harriet and Charles Davant, Jr., Medical Clinic and Boone Drug’s Village Pharmacy.

Like a neighborhood

The Foley Center functions less like a hospital, with a more modern patient-centered neighborhood concept. Private and semi-private bedrooms, a rehabilitation gym, community dining areas and six living rooms each with breathtaking mountain views are just a few of the amenities residents can expect. My stay at The Foley Center was an incredibly positive experience for me and my family. The therapists that worked with me were exceptional and the entire staff and overall experience exceeded expectations. They were very understanding and knowledgeable with the needs and pace required for my recovery. I highly recommend the people and facilities of The Foley Center.

This is a beautiful facility with the most amazing employees. They took such good care of my dad. And, I’m grateful!

My father was discharged from this wonderful facility today. It is gorgeous, the views are fantastic but what really makes the Foley Center GREAT are the employees.
