Travis Brown, PA-C, MSM, is excited to be back in Watauga County to join the AppOrtho team. After earning his B.S. in Exercise Science from ASU, he received his Master’s in Management and a second Master’s in Physician Assistant studies – both from Wake Forest University.

Travis completed his residency at the University of California, San Francisco and has worked as a medical assistant in orthopedic surgery. His clinical interests include sports medicine, trauma and joint replacements.

He says being part of the High Country and working with Appalachian State University as a professional have always been a dream of his. Outside of work, he enjoys live music, sporting events and anything outdoors.
