Dr. Molly Haas is originally from Emerald Isle, NC. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Chemistry from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in Wilmington, NC. She continued her education at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, where she received her Master’s degree in Physiology and Biophysics. She then went on to attend Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Lynchburg, Virginia, where she received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree.
Dr. Haas completed her residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. She has a special clinical interest in family medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, lifestyle medicine, and preventative medicine.
Dr. Haas chose the High Country because she loved our close-knit community. She looks forward to the opportunity to build strong, meaningful relationships with her patients. In her leisure time, Dr. Haas enjoys hiking, running, and spending time her husband and their two Bernese Mountain dogs.
Katelind Ingalls is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She obtained a Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree from Appalachian State University.
Katelind is a Watauga County native. Prior to joining the Baker Center for Primary Care, Katelind was a traveling nurse in Texas, Colorado, and Oregon; she also served many years as a registered nurse at Watauga Medical Center.
In her spare time, Katelind enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Dr. Isaacs received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and continued her education at Wake Forest School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. Dr. Isaacs has 11 years of experience as a full spectrum family medicine physician, six of which she served as the medical director for a non-profit adolescent health clinic. She has a special clinical interest in harm reduction, health disparities, and community medicine.
In her free time, Dr. Isaacs enjoys playing volleyball, jogging, and spending time with her spouse.
Heather Jordan, CNM is a 2002 graduate of East Carolina University School of Nursing in Greenville, NC with a Masters of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nurse Midwifery. Her undergraduate degrees include Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Washington and Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Davidson College.
She is board certified in American Midwifery Certification Board and American College of Nurse Midwives.

Leanne completed her undergraduate degree at Lees-McRae College in Banner Elk, NC where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology. After earning her undergraduate degree, Leanne continued her education at Nova Southeastern University – Fort Lauderdale campus in Fort Lauderdale, FL where she received her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant. Leanne has a special interest in diabetes and hypertension awareness/education and access to healthcare. Prior to becoming a physician assistant (PA), Leanne got her start in the medical field as an EMT for Gaston Emergency Medical Services in Gastonia, NC.
Leanne has wanted to serve the High Country ever since she graduated from Lee-McRae. She is proud to work for Appalachian Regional Healthcare System (ARHS) and is appreciative of the warm, genuine, and positive culture here at ARHS. In her free time, Leanne loves to hike, do yoga, eat good food, and spending time with her loved ones.
