Peter Haibach, MD

Dr. Peter Haibach joined the practice in 1981 after graduating from University of Florida Medical School. In February of 1985, Whitlock and Haibach moved the practice from Mountain City, Tennessee to Boone and became Watauga Internal Medicine.

John Palmer, MD

Dr. John Palmer graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Palmer joined Watauga Internal Medicine in 2011.

Jenny Richardson, MD

Jenny Richardson, ACNP is a board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She received her Masters of Science degree from The University of Texas, Houston Health Science Center and her undergraduate degree in nursing from The University of Texas at Tyler, Texas. Ms. Richardson joined Watauga Internal Medicine in August 2013.

Jay_Krakovitz_MDcrop Dr. Jay Krakovitz is board certified in Internal Medicine and completed his medical training at the University of Pennsylvania and his internship and residency work at the Lankenau Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He began practicing medicine in 1978, is licensed to practice medicine in North Carolina, and is a member of the American College of Physicians, and American Medical Association.
