Welcome to the 10th year of Reach Your Peak!

Get your team of 4 together and starting tracking your exercise and nutrition points!

Double Point Week

  • Week 1 = Aerobic Classes (Spin, yoga, Zumba, CF, etc)
  • Week 2 = Cardio Machines/BBall/Racquetball
  • Week 3 = Aquatic Activities/Weights
  • Week 4 = Aerobic Classes (Spin, yoga, Zumba, CF,etc)
  • Week 5 = Cardio Machines/BBall/Racquetball
  • Week 6 = Aquatic Activities/Weights
  • Week 7 = Aerobic Classes (Spin, yoga, Zumba, etc)

Time Spent on bonus activities can be doubled during that week!
