Youth Strength & Conditioning
The Youth Strength & Conditioning Program through the Wellness Center offers instruction on weight training technique and customized programs to help individuals reach their athletic potential and improve their fitness level.
The program is geared toward students in 7th grade through 12th grade who participate in any sport or no sports at all.
4 pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday
4 pm Tuesday and Thursday

All classes are supervised by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

- 4 weeks (12 Sessions)- $125 (Non-Members)
- 1 on 1 Personal Training (12 sessions)- $150 (Members)
12 Sessions Semi-Private (2)- $250 (Members)
12 Sessions Semi-Private (2)- $325 (Non-Members)
12 Sessions 1 on 1 Personal Training- $200 (Non-Members)
