The office staff responded immediately upon calling and explaining my health situation, and scheduled me right away. They were courteous, professional and helpful. Dr. Earwood is one of those top 5% doctors who excels in all areas regarding patient treatment! Not only is he incredibly skilled and knowledgeable regarding health issues, but is familiar with his patients’ records, listens to them, and offers wonderful advice regarding their concerns. He takes his time with each patient, which is a rarity these days! He truly is an excellent physician!
Nurse Dottie is just as dedicated as Dr. Kimmel. In fact all the staff at Elk River Medical Associates treats their patients with respect, care and are concerned about us.
Dr. Kimmel explains everything and does not make me feel uneasy about anything. I know I am in good hands with him.
Excellent experience as usual. He has been our family doctor for at least 30 years. There were no delays and the clinic’s concern for our privacy is great. They are always careful about cleanliness.
