Lindsey Henley is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a nurse practitioner at AppGastro, a member of Appalachian Regional Healthcare System.
Lindsey is originally from Arkansas but grew up in Banner Elk. She has a history degree from the University of North Carolina, a nursing degree from East Tennessee State University and her Master’s degree from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed her clinical rotations locally at Baker Center for Primary Care, Harmony Center for Women and Appalachian Regional Internal Medicine Specialists. She feels very blessed to be able to serve as a provider to her community.
When not at work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband, Travis, and two daughters. She also likes most outdoor activities, especially fly fishing and hiking.
