The Wilma Redmond Breast Center of Watauga Medical Center is located in the Schaefer Family Patient Care Tower on the campus of Watauga Medical Center in Boone, NC. The Breast Center offers Hologic 3D Mammography for breast cancer screening. 3D mammography produces a three-dimensional view of the breast tissue that helps radiologists identify and characterize individual breast structures without the confusion of overlapping tissue.
